Who She Was

Avi B was a singer and songwriter with a voice that could stop a room. Known in her earlier days by the moniker Baby Voyce — a name born from her almost child-like tone — she was anything but fragile behind the mic. She could belt with a power that caught people off guard, a contrast that made her truly one of a kind.

Her music lived in R&B and pop, genres that gave her room to be both tender and fierce. As she grew into herself, she shed the moniker and stepped fully into her own name: Avi B. Not a stage persona — just her, exactly as she was.

Before her passing in 2021, she was deep in the making of an EP called Transition. It was to be a celebration — a collection of songs about overcoming hardship, pain, and every obstacle life had thrown at her, and stepping into the life she had always deserved. One filled with love, joy, and a deep sense of fulfilment. She never got to finish it. And in the most profound and heartbreaking way, the title became something truer than she ever intended. Transition is what happened.

She was vibrant in every sense of the word. The kind of person who walked into a room and made everyone in it feel seen, loved, and at ease. She had a gift for connection — with anyone, anywhere. Her bravery was quiet but undeniable, and her impact was the kind that doesn't fade.

Her passing shocked us all, and the loss is one we carry still. But she left behind something lasting — big dreams, real hope, and a mark on every person fortunate enough to have known her.

1. Services

Tremr Records agrees to provide topline songwriting services as described. Deliverables include a fully written and demoed topline (melody and lyrics) tailored to the client's submitted beat and concept.

2. Revisions

The service includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be subject to a separate fee agreed upon in writing.

3. Payment

Payment is due in full prior to delivery of final files. Tremr Records will confirm pricing via email. No final files will be released until payment is confirmed.

4. Rights & Ownership

Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the topline in their production. Full exclusive rights may be negotiated separately and will be outlined in a written agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Tremr Records agrees to keep all submitted materials (beats, concepts, lyrics) confidential and will not share, distribute, or reproduce them without express written consent from the client.

6. Refunds

Due to the creative nature of this service, refunds are not available once work has commenced. If Tremr Records is unable to fulfil the service, a full refund will be issued.

7. Communication

All project communication will be conducted via email. Response times may vary but Tremr Records will aim to respond within 2 business days.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Grenada. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith between both parties.

3. Payment

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tremr Records provides digital music services including Topline Songwriting and Pro Vocal Stacking. Due to the nature of custom creative work and digital delivery, all sales are subject to the terms below. Please read this policy carefully before booking.

2. Refund Policy

All payments made to Tremr Records are for custom creative services. Once work has commenced, refunds are generally not available. However, we handle each case individually and fairly:

  • Before work begins: A full refund may be issued if you cancel within 48 hours of payment and before any creative work has started.
  • After work begins: No refund will be issued once the creative process has commenced. This includes initial concepts, demos, or recorded material.
  • Delivery disputes: If the delivered work does not match the agreed scope, we will offer revision rounds as outlined in your service agreement before any refund consideration.
  • Technical errors: If a duplicate payment was made in error, a full refund of the duplicate charge will be issued promptly.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking under the following conditions:

  • Within 48 hours of booking: Full cancellation and refund, provided no creative work has begun.
  • After 48 hours: Cancellation is accepted but no refund will be issued if creative work has commenced.
  • Tremr Records reserves the right to cancel a booking if requirements provided are incomplete, unclear, or violate our terms. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Delivery Policy

All Tremr Records services are delivered digitally via file transfer (email, WeTransfer, Google Drive, or similar). No physical goods are shipped.

  • Topline Songwriting: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days of receiving your beat/production file, subject to complexity and revision rounds.
  • Pro Vocal Stacking: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days of receiving your track and session details.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. You will be kept informed of any delays.
  • Final files will be delivered as high-quality audio stems (WAV/MP3) unless otherwise agreed.

5. Exchange/Revision Policy

Each service includes a set number of revision rounds as agreed at the time of booking. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of initial delivery. Requests beyond the agreed revision rounds may incur additional charges.

Tremr Records is an independent music label and production studio based in Grenada, West Indies. Founded by Cjae, we work with artists across R&B, hip-hop, soca, dancehall, Afrobeats, and pop — offering world-class songwriting, vocal production, and artist development rooted in the Caribbean but built for a global audience.
We are based in Grenada, West Indies. While our roots are in the Caribbean, we work remotely with clients and collaborators worldwide. All services are delivered digitally so location is never a barrier.
Our current roster includes Cjae — founder, producer, and multi-genre artist — and Resil.i.ent, a hip-hop lyricist known for sharp, conscious lyricism. We also honour the memory of Avi B, a gifted R&B and pop artist who passed in 2021 and whose music we continue to preserve and celebrate.

Our Services
We currently offer two core services: Topline Songwriting — custom melody, lyrics, and vocal direction tailored to your production — and Pro Vocal Stacking — professionally recorded harmonies, background vocals, adlibs, and runs delivered as clean stems. Both services are available to producers and artists worldwide.
We are multi-genre by nature. Our work spans R&B, pop, hip-hop, soca, dancehall, Afrobeats, reggae, and fusion styles. If your genre isn't listed, reach out — we are always open to exploring new creative territory.
Once you book and pay, you share your production file with us along with any direction, references, or mood you have in mind. We write the melody, lyrics, and vocal arrangement, then record a full demo vocal. You receive the stems and lyrics within the agreed timeframe. Revisions are included as per your package.
You send us your lead vocal track and the instrumental, along with any direction on the feel and style of the BVs. We record studio-quality harmonies, stacks, adlibs, and runs, then deliver everything as clean, labelled stems ready to drop straight into your session.

We look for authentic artistry with a distinct voice and vision, a commitment to growth and professionalism, and music that connects — regardless of genre. A Caribbean connection is a plus but not a requirement.
We review all submissions carefully. Due to the volume we receive, we can only respond to artists we wish to move forward with. If you have not heard from us within 4–6 weeks, you are welcome to resubmit with new material.
